Dennis Decot, Vice President, Business Process & Systems

Dennis directs Bristol's Business Process & Systems team, acting as Technology lead to internal and external customers while ensuring seamless processes across all global departmental lines.

Dennis oversees Bristol's Business Process & Systems department, leading business process re-engineering, improvement, modeling and new product development while providing critical input for achieving our strategic objectives. Dennis is also the technology lead to both internal and external customers, ensuring that client needs are met through seamless company-wide processes across all global departmental lines.

Dennis has over 20 years experience within the relocation industry, holding diverse roles within accounting, billing, quality assurance and expense management. Joining Bristol in 2012 as Director of Expense Management, he developed, streamlined and continually improved our expense management process, implementing systems and controls resulting in increased accuracy and efficiency.

As a member of Bristol's Business Process and Systems team, Dennis worked across departments instituting many technology innovations including upgraded dashboards, system widgets and critical workflow notifications while offering continuous training to Bristol clients and internal associates on our increasingly powerful BristolElite technology system.  In 2018, Dennis took on overall leadership of the technology team in recognition of his strong leadership skills and technical expertise.

Dennis graduated with an A.A. in Accounting from Bryant and Stratton Business Institute in Buffalo, NY. He also holds a certificate of completion in Process Mapping and Analysis Techniques.  During his free time, you can find Dennis with his husband and three dogs exploring and enjoying the beautiful city of San Diego that he calls home!
