HOW DOES IT WORK?

*  You will work with your personal Bristol Advisor who will connect you with one of our accredited real estate agent partners who deliver best-in-class quality, value and service within our network of over 10,000 agents. They will assist you with marketing your home or finding you the home that best fits your needs.

*  When your home closes, Bristol will give you money back when you use our real estate broker supplier-partners. The money you receive back is based on the scale below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Joining The Program: 

  1. In order to be eligible to participate in Bristol Home Rewards you must complete one of the following three options and affirmatively agree to participate in the Bristol Home Rewards program. You will be eligible when a Bristol Advisor contacts you to confirm.
    * Fill out the Bristol Home Rewards registration form.
    * Email to register at HomeRewards@bristolglobal.com
    * Contact us by phone at (888) 926-0997
  2. If you submit an inquiry or speak to Bristol and do not agree to conditions, you will not be enrolled or eligible to participate.
  3. Your Bristol Advisor will connect you with a real estate agent to assist you with your home purchase or home listing. If the agent with whom they connect you is not a good fit, you may have your Bristol Advisor connect you with a new agent and still remain eligible for Bristol Home Rewards.
  4. If your rebate is not provided at closing through Bristol's title partner, you have up to sixty (60) days after close date to provide any information and/or documentation requested by Bristol in connection with the sale of an eligible property.
  5. Real Estate and Mortgage Credits cannot be used with employer relocation moves.
  6. You cannot be committed to a real estate firm by any contract or broker agreement.
  7. You may not be participating in another cash back program.
  8. Government Restrictions do not allow this rebate program in these states:
    AK, AL, AR, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, OK, OR, TN
  9. Your rebate could be considered taxable income.
  10. Bristol Home Rewards rebate credits or payments are subject to lender approval and seller cooperation. We cannot guarantee lender approval or seller cooperation
  11. Bristol Home Rewards are only available for home purchase or sale; and are not available for leases or other transactions.
  12. You are not required to use Bristol's Title Partners or Mortgage Partners in order to be eligible for the real estate rebate.
  13. By participating in Bristol Home Rewards, you agree to be bound by all provisions of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
