One or two-day sessions are led by a professional inter-culturalist, who will customize the program to the needs of the employee and family, within the client policy parameters. To ease assimilation and increase the likelihood of a successful assignment, follow-up training can be scheduled 60 to 90 days after arrival in the host country. Programs include the following:
