Vice President of EMEA & APAC Service Delivery & Client Engagement

Matt joined the Bristol team in 2018 with two years of previous relocation industry experience. Matt oversees client engagement, driving overall satisfaction, retention, and growth while shaping global strategies that address the evolving needs of clients and relocating employees.

In addition, he leads the EMEA and APAC Service Delivery teams, ensuring operational excellence and a world-class employee relocation experience. By connecting client strategy with operational execution, Matt ensures a seamless experience that supports both client objectives and the needs of relocating employees.

Since joining Bristol, Matt has held positions as Director of Service Delivery and Senior Mobility Advisor before moving into his current role. With experience directly supporting relocating employees, Matt deeply understands the relocation process. During his time in the industry, Matt has worked with a range of high-profile tech companies, engineering firms, and oil and gas organizations.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Sheffield. He has passionately served on Bristol’s Sustainability Committee, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives in our mobility programs.
