Senior Vice President of Global Compensation & Consulting Services

Based in our Phoenix, AZ, global headquarters, Martin joined Bristol in 2015. As head of Global Compensation & Consulting Services, Martin leads Bristol’s thought leadership efforts, offering insightful consulting support to Bristol’s clients worldwide. His responsibilities include trend analysis and policy review and development, as well as oversight of Bristol’s global compensation and payroll reporting functions. He is a frequent contributor to Bristol’s publications and newsletters, authoring topical articles and white papers, leading mobility conferences, and more.

Martin’s global mobility industry career began in 1990. Before joining Bristol, his roles included Director of Global Mobility for a major global mining corporation, VP of Client Relations for a relocation management company, and nearly twenty years as a senior consultant and general manager at ORC Worldwide (now Mercer), one of the world’s leading international mobility consultancies. A Certified Relocation Professional, Martin also holds the prestigious Meritorious Service Award from Worldwide ERC® (WERC) in recognition of his lifetime contributions to the mobility industry.

Prior to his current role, Martin served as Senior Vice President of Operations, leading Bristol’s service delivery teams and ensuring service excellence across the globe. 

With a career encompassing many diverse roles and experience being relocated professionally six times, Martin has a comprehensive and unique understanding of global mobility.
