Jessica Brainard-Smith

Vice President of North America Service Delivery
and Client Engagement

Jessica joined Bristol in 2025 with 19 years of prior relocation industry experience. Jessica oversees client relationships and the experience delivered by our Client Engagement Directors, driving overall client satisfaction, retention, and growth while shaping global strategies that address client and relocating employee evolving needs.

In addition, she leads the U.S. Domestic and International Service Delivery, Real Estate Specialist, and Move Management departments, ensuring operational excellence and alignment across service lines. By connecting client strategy with operational execution, Jessica ensures a seamless experience that supports both client objectives and organizational performance.

Since joining Bristol, Jessica has also held the position of Director of Client Engagement. She previously held roles as a client relationship manager specializing in relocation mortgages at a large bank and as director of partnerships at a relocation technology firm. She also has prior experience as a director of account management, manager of client technology, account manager for government services, associate manager, and project management associate at competing relocation management companies. 

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University and holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) designations from WERC®. She currently serves as the President of the Arizona Relocation Alliance.

Jessica brings personal relocation experience, having completed self-initiated moves between Phoenix and New Jersey, as well as employee relocations between Phoenix and Washington, D.C.
