Dwayne joined Bristol in 2019 and leads our Global Supplier-Partner Management department. He oversees end-to-end supply chain management, from procurement to supplier management.
Dwayne began his corporate relocation career in 1992. He has experience in leadership roles in account management and service delivery and has been the executive leader of the global supply chains at multiple relocation management companies. He entered the global workforce mobility industry on the client side, managing the mobility program for a large U.S. healthcare company. Dwayne has since worked for three relocation management companies and WERC®. He has travelled extensively, having conducted business with clients and suppliers in over 30 countries, and he brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience.
During his career, Dwayne has had personal experience with employee mobility services, having been relocated three times within the U.S., completed a short-term assignment in North Africa, and permanently relocated internationally to Canada in early 2015.
Dwayne has been a frequent industry volunteer, serving on WERC’s Global Advisory Council (and as the 2017 Chair of the Americas Strategic Council), EuRA’s RMC Task Force, and as a trainer for WERC’s GMS Module 2 in the U.S. and Europe. Dwayne is a Supplier Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) subject matter expert, having written articles on the subject.
In 2021, Dwayne was nominated and shortlisted for the prestigious Global Mobility Professional of the Year award by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM).
He holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and Senior Global Mobility Specialist-Training (SGMS-T) designations from WERC and has received the organization's Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards.
