Dennis Decot

Vice President of Business Process & Systems  

Based in San Diego, CA, Dennis joined Bristol in 2012. He is responsible for the overall oversight for the Business Process & Systems department. He oversees leading projects in business process re-engineering, improvement, modeling and new product development, and provides critical input for establishing business technology strategic objectives. Dennis is the technology lead to both internal and external customers, and ensures seamless processes companywide across all global departmental lines.

Dennis' corporate relocation career began in 2002. Prior to joining Bristol, he held many roles within accounting at a large relocation management company. In his early career, he gained valuable industry knowledge by working in billing, quality assurance, and expense management departments. 

Upon joining Bristol, Dennis developed and streamlined the expense management process, providing systems and controls to help increase  efficiency. After several years leading the expense management team, Dennis joined the Business Process & Systems team as a Business Analyst. In 2018, he took on overall leadership of the technology team and has continually sought new technology products to further enhance the Bristol technology platform. 

Dennis graduated with an associate degree in accounting from Bryant and Stratton Business Institute in Buffalo, NY. He also holds a certificate of completion in Process Mapping and Analysis Techniques.
