It is with immense pride and gratitude that Bristol acknowledges our incredible Mobility Advisors along with our Expense and Finance associates for their monumental efforts resulting in overwhelming transferee satisfaction responses during the critical months of February, March and April 2020!

This remarkable achievement is the result of, among other things, Bristol’s intentional efforts to amplify our communications and accelerate delivery of funds to employees as the pandemic has unfolded.

Transferees have expressed that their two most important needs during this time are (1) clear communications and (2) timely expense reimbursement to meet their financial hardships.  Communication and quick action have been our guiding principles along with steadily delivering on our core values of connection, flexibility, empathy and expertise.

Bristol’s major efforts included our Mobility Advisors personally connecting with each and every one of their assigned transferees from the outset of the pandemic.  We also administered a broad formal survey to inquire about their main concerns and what they might need both from Bristol and from their company.  While we have already communicated urgent concerns to our clients, we will summarize the results of that survey in the coming days.
