Bristol Completes 2020 with Lofty Performance Results!

"I am immensely proud of how the worldwide Bristol enterprise responded to the onslaught of events throughout the year,” stated Joe Cardini, President. "Our performance in the most recent Trippel Survey serves as fantastic validation of the effort our teams exerted."

Bristol Global Mobility is proud of our extremely strong showing in the newly-released 2020 Trippel Survey of Corporate Relocation Managers. The Trippel survey is one of the longest-running independent objective evaluations of quality performance in the Mobility industry.  Over 350 companies participated in their 19th Annual survey. Of these, Bristol received the 5th highest number of corporate client responses eager to provide feedback.

Over 30 Relocation Management Companies (RMCs) were reviewed in the survey.  Bristol ranked FIRST overall in such metrics as Responsiveness and Timeliness as well as Service Recovery / Implementing effective Long-Term Solutions; top 3 in "Consistent High Performance" and clients “Willing to Recommend”;  Top 4 in Agility in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and top 5 in Overall Satisfaction!

“2020 delivered unprecedented challenge across the entire global mobility industry.  I am immensely proud of how the worldwide Bristol enterprise responded to the onslaught of events throughout the year,” stated Joe Cardini, President.   “Collectively, we sharpened our focus on serving others as we became acutely aware of the many hurdles experienced throughout our client-base. Our performance in the most recent Trippel Survey serves as fantastic validation of the effort our teams exerted throughout a season where they too were coping with never-before seen changes at work and home. The expression of delight our clients offered in the 2020 Trippel Survey is further supported by a record company performance with respect to transferee/assignee satisfaction, as we wrapped up 2020 with an amazing 99% level of satisfaction for the entire company!  In the shadow of all we faced this past year, this level of world-class quality is all the more remarkable,”  Cardini continued.

“Connecting with, versus controlling people, remains our mission and requires nurturing the most meaningful relationships throughout our broad constituency. We are therefore deeply grateful to our clients and supplier-partners.  It is these invaluable relationships that, with great care, compassion and commitment, navigated us through incredibly choppy waters in ways that directly contributed to the above-mentioned results. The visibility over the next few months remains more clouded than we would all prefer, however, our relationships and our people promise continued industry-leading results and success for many years to come!”

Bristol would like to again thank our many clients for their passion and their partnership, each and every transferee that we manage with such care, and finally the Trippel organization themselves for providing this valuable service in their commitment to excellence in our industry.
