Liz Samora, Vice President, Customer Success

Liz brings more than 20 years of experience balancing operational efficiencies and business growth with client satisfaction.

As Bristol’s Vice President of Customer Success, Liz is responsible for Bristol’s customer relationships and the development of global strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.  She leads Bristol’s service delivery teams ensuring overall satisfaction, retention, and growth of our US based corporate clients.  Her responsibilities also include the achievement of financial goals through the development and execution of global, strategic and operational strategies. Liz has an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest level of quality services for Bristol’s clients, their transferees, and Bristol’s supplier partners. 

Liz’s relocation career began in 1992 when she managed the mobility program for a financial institution.  She went on to hold positions in Sales, Sales and Operational Leadership, and Global Customer Fulfillment within the global corporate housing industry.  Liz joined Bristol in August 2016 and brings more than 20 years of experience balancing operational efficiencies and business growth with client satisfaction.  Liz is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, Arizona Relocation Alliance, Bay Area Mobility Management and The National Association of Professional Women.

Liz is married to Arthur and is the proud parent of 5 children (Priscilla, Samantha, Joseph, Nathan, and Lily) and 1 granddaughter (Natalia).  She enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events and Broadway musicals.
