Jill Ayers-O'Neil, Vice President, Service Delivery

As Bristol’s Vice President of Service Delivery, Jill is accountable for the growth and satisfaction of clients, transferees, and internal associates.

Jill is responsible for Bristol’s North American Service Delivery Teams, ensuring overall satisfaction of Bristol’s clients, transferees, as well as internal associates,  She is accountable for the development of global strategies that meet the evolving needs of each of these groups. Her responsibilities also encompasses the achievement of financial goals through the development and execution of global strategic and operational strategies. Jill serves with an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest level of quality services for Bristol’s clients, transferees, and Bristol associates

Jill’s relocation career began in 1999 with a start-up online estimating platform and move provider that was supported by the 5 major U.S. Van Lines followed by 12 years with a large Unigroup agent onsite with one of the top RMC’s. Jill served as a coordinator, then a client services manager, and eventually Director of Client Services. Jill joined Bristol in 2012 as of Director of Global Move Management, where she developed Bristol’s move management process and department along with the management of household goods suppliers. Prior to joining the moving industry, Jill spent 14 years with a major airline in customer service and call center management.

Jill graduated with a B.A. in Hospitality Management and Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University. She has been in the customer service industry in various capacity since 1987.  Jill’s interests include spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, biking, and her faith.  She loves all sports but her heart resides in the great game of baseball!
