Katie joined Bristol in 2016 with eight years of prior relocation industry experience. In her role, she leads the Domestic and International Operations department, Real Estate Specialist department, and Move Management department.

Katie has held positions of successive responsibility with Bristol, starting as a Mobility Advisor, where her diligence, curiosity, and exceptional customer care led to her promotion to Senior Mobility Advisor. Katie continued to shine and was subsequently promoted to Manager, Service Delivery, where she distinguished herself as both an expert process and people leader, as well as a highly effective and trusted client advocate. Katie was later promoted to Director, Client Engagement in 2020 and has consistently produced top-tier client satisfaction and engagement.

Katie has earned both the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) and the Global Mobility Specialist–T (GMS-T®) designations from WERC®. She previously served on the Board of Directors for North Texas Relocation Professionals (NTRP) and was a past member of Houston Relocation Professionals (HRP), Tennessee Relocation Council (TRC), and the Southeast Regional Relocation Council (SRRC). Katie holds a bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University. Throughout her career, she has received awards for Rising New Employee and Mobility Advisor of the Year.
