Martin earned the award for his many years of sustained contributions to our industry. Martin is a well-known figure at national, international and regional industry events, providing thought leadership through speaking engagements, topical presentations and moderating panel discussions while also having served on the WERC’s Global Symposium planning committee.
Martin’s formal ERC service record dates back to October 11, 2001. He draws a parallel between that experience and now: “It was an honor to present in Oct 2001. Exactly one month following the traumatic events of 9/11 it was the first time many of us had re-boarded an airplane. We had perhaps one-third the usual turnout as businesses were still getting back on their feet, our workforce under severe travel and budgetary restrictions let alone that we were all still adjusting
Continuing this path, Martin will next be seen on the WERC stage introducing the session “Global Compensation Reporting and Compliance 2020: Are You on Track for Year End?” on the closing day of the annual conference on November 20th. (Register here. https://www.worldwideerc.org/gws-2020
