Phoenix, Arizona – Joe Cardini, President of Bristol Global Mobility (www.bristolglobal.com) has announced that The Southwest Alliance for Excellence (SWAE) awarded Bristol Global Mobility the Level 2 Commitment Award of the Southwest Alliance for Excellence’s 2016 Performance Excellence Program.

The annual Performance Excellence Program recognizes organizations for performance excellence through leadership, organizational alignment, systemic improvement and innovation. The program is modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria, an internationally recognized standard for performance excellence, initiated in 1987. In addition to formal recognition, SWAE’s multi-tiered process assists organizations along their path to achieving performance excellence, which means being role models in leadership, customer and workforce satisfaction and engagement, knowledge management, innovation and results.

The Commitment Award Level 2 recognizes organizations that demonstrate effective, systematic approaches generally responsive to the basic criteria requirements, with some early stages of deployment. Results are reported for areas with good performance being achieved.

Bristol will be presented the award at the SWAE banquet being held in Phoenix, Arizona, in early February 2017.
