Bristol is thrilled to announce the addition of Katie Lenehan as Vice President of Global Compensation & Information Systems! Katie will lead Bristol’s Global Compensation, Business Systems & Information Systems teams, driving innovation and efficiency while enhancing the end-user experience for all Bristol clients and customers.
Katie has over 25 years of diverse mobility experience as a leader of customer service, finance, worldwide compensation, IT and implementation. She brings to Bristol world-class expertise fueled by a passion for service, innovative thinking and experience-based solutions.

She has played critical roles in the development of corporate strategy, product development and all aspects of client financial services. Our new structure is intended to further propel Bristol’s strategic technology development and refine our global compensation delivery while enhancing Bristol’s stature as a preeminent thought leader in Mobility.”
Katie is a recognized industry leader and active member of Worldwide ERC as a key speaker, frequent panel moderator and committee member. She holds both CRP and SGMS certifications and is a recipient of the ERC Meritorious Award. Having started her career in 1994 as a member of Prudential Relocation’s Client Services Team, Katie’s mobility journey has included leadership and decision-making roles in a variety of customer support positions. Most notably: Government Contract Accounting & Audit, Global Mobility Expense Management, New Client On-boarding, Global Compensation, Global Consulting Services, both new and existing Account Development, and development of innovative Technology solutions.
Katie resides in Connecticut and will be based there in her Bristol role. In her spare time Katie is active in her community supporting her town food pantry, as well as charity walks and runs. She enjoys outdoor activities and embracing any opportunity to see her university age children in action. Whether it’s supporting her daughter’s equestrian pursuits or her sons playing and coaching baseball, they are her driving motivator to living life to its fullest.
Secondly, we are proud to announce the promotion of Nathan Brinker as Executive Vice President of Sales and Client Engagement! As a proven global mobility innovator, Nathan now leads both the Global Sales and Client Engagement teams for Bristol. Offering a unique integration and natural alignment of both functions, Nathan assumes responsibility for the complete client relationship from promise and commitment to ongoing delivery, ensuring our teams deliver exceptional customer experiences marked by Bristol’s unwavering commitment to uniquely CONNECT all critical process constituents.

Nathan has over 23 years of mobility experience, holding senior leadership positions as Operations Manager and Vice President of Sales for one of the largest agents within the Unigroup family, where he earned recognition in Unigroup’s Masters Club for 13 consecutive years. Under his leadership at Bristol, Nathan has consistently produced above-target results with respect to new business development.
Nathan is originally from greater St. Louis, Missouri and resides in Scottsdale, AZ. He is a member of Worldwide ERC and holds the GMS-T certification..
