Bristol is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Seymour to Vice President of Global Financial Services and Systems!

In his new role, Paul will lead Bristol's worldwide Expense Processing, Payroll Reporting and Global Compensation departments.  In addition, Paul will continue to lead new client implementations, directing the multi-faceted process of integrating Bristol's internal teams and systems with those of our new clients quickly and efficiently.

Paul brings an expansive degree of experience to this critical role at Bristol. In his 20-plus years of industry tenure, Paul has performed or directed virtually all major areas of mobility management including service delivery, operations, expense, payroll, IT, global compensation administration, title and closing, and more.  Paul's proven track record and comprehensive view of relocation management uniquely qualifies him for such broad functional oversight.  In his expanded role, Paul will lead targeted initiatives in the area of designing innovative solutions, as well as identification of efficiencies and maximization of processes and systems, all directed toward the establishment of best-in-class products and services to Bristol's clients.

"We are very fortunate to have an experienced talent like Paul available to us. Bringing Expense Management, Global Compensation and U.S. Payroll under a single leader is a natural fit and creates numerous process and system synergies and efficiencies. With great excitement, I look forward to Paul and his teams delivering meaningfully enhanced value to both our external and internal constituents!", remarked Joe Cardini, President of Bristol.

Paul adds:  "When Joe asked me to take on the responsibility of our worldwide Expense Processing, Payroll Reporting and Global Compensation, I didn’t hesitate to step forward!  I understand the important roles these departments play in our day-to-day operations, and now I can design innovative solutions and efficiencies in areas that can benefit greatly from these improvements.  I am very excited to join our existing teams as their leader and look forward to making our global financial services departments a 'best in class' service for our clients and partners in relocation."

Paul holds the CRP and GMS certifications from Worldwide ERC and is an active member of the Texas Relocation Network, North Texas Relocation Professionals, Houston Relocation Professionals, Chicago Relocation Council, WiERC Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council, and MERC Minnesota Employee Relocation Council. In 2019 Paul was recognized by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM)  as "Highly Commended" (second overall) for their Global Mobility Professional of the Year award.
